Congratulations Popping Champagne Paper Shakies Single Card

This fun card has a blue border and within the centre square is a champagne bottle, from which the cork has popped, and lots of colourful confetti which could be bubbles from the champagne or paper from a party popper! Either way this card is full of celebration and joy! At the top of the card is a blue banner with the text ‘Congratulations!’ in white text. The text on the champagne bottle reads ‘Celebrate’.
