Volunteers are truly the heart of our charity retail operations. Every Christmas season, across our network of shops, volunteers generously give their time, energy, and enthusiasm to help us raise vital funds for a wide range of charities and community projects.

In 2024 alone our incredible volunteer team donated over 9,400 hours to support our mission. Quite simply, we couldn’t do what we do without them.
