When is Father's Day?

Father’s Day in the UK is celebrated on the third Sunday in June – this year, that’s Sunday 15 June 2025. It’s a special opportunity to pause, reflect, and thank the dads, stepdads, grandads and other father figures who have made a lasting impact on our lives.

Whether he’s the one who taught you to ride a bike, helped with homework, gave the best advice, made you laugh, or cringe, at his dad jokes, this is the day to let him know just how much he means to you.

It’s also a time to celebrate all kinds of fatherhood: single dads, adoptive fathers, stepfathers, grandads and those who take on a fatherly role in someone’s life. Love, after all, doesn’t come with a single job title.
 
We also recognise that Father’s Day can be a very difficult day for many. Those who are grieving for their dad, are estranged, those who have lost a child and those who are longing to be a dad. We see you. This day can be whatever you need it to be.
